No. Our beginner tracks start with melt-and-pour and simple cold process. We teach lye handling, trace recognition, and mold prep step by step.
What safety gear do you recommend?
Closed-toe shoes, nitrile gloves, splash goggles, long sleeves, and good ventilation. We demonstrate safe mixing and cooling for lye solutions.
Are your recipes vegan or palm-free?
We provide vegan and palm-free variants when possible and always disclose oils, butters, and fragrance usage so you can substitute confidently.
How long do I keep access to online courses?
Most online courses include lifetime access with future updates. Live workshops include recordings for at least 12 months.
Can I sell soaps made with your recipes?
Yes. We encourage small business growth and include labeling and cost worksheets. Please credit inspiration when showcasing photos.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital courses are refundable within 7 days if under 20% completed. Live events are refundable up to 72 hours before start time.
Which tools are must-haves?
Scale, stick blender, heat-safe containers, thermometer, silicone molds, and a clear workspace. Optional: hanger tool, dividers, and embeds.
Will fragrances accelerate trace?
Some will. We discuss vanilla discoloration and floral accelerants, and show how to plan for fast or slow pours.
